Allen.Prashanth@ltimindtree.com Total Experience: Relevant in ETL Testing: Relevant in ETL: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Current Location: Preferred Location Mumbai Y/N: Offer in hand if any: Pan Card No: Notice period/how soon you can join: Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects Develop comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance frameworks Create and maintain testing standards methodologies and best practices Oversee test planning estimation and resource allocation Review and approve test plans test cases and test scenarios Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Manage defect tracking and resolution process across teams Coordinate with development teams business users and other stakeholders Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring testing effectiveness Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies Manage UAT activities and client relationships Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced SQL skills and database management knowledge Proven experience in test management tools ALM JIRA Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality frameworks Experience in managing performance testing initiatives Excellent project management and risk assessment skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in resource planning and capacity management Show more Show less
