Job Description

TOSCA Automation Manager Role & responsibilities Responsible for ensuring that architectural requirements are met in the test area. This includes the automation of regression test series (End to End) with the necessary tools (e.g. Tosca) and also the provision of the necessary test data in the test environments. Provision of central testing services to continuously optimise testing capabilities in relation to test automation, test data management or highly complex testing requirements, especially in programmes Consultancy in challenging test situations with regard to test scenarios, test architecture and test data management Consultancy regarding the target architecture to ensure an appropriate design for all test aspects Consultancy on solution design to optimise the application cluster in terms of test efficiency Implementation of KPIs for systematic analysis of the situation with regard to overall test capabilities Involvement in company-wide test architecture to further improve test possibilities All information security requirements related to the role are applicable, and It is mandatory to adhere to them Technical Skills Required: Automation testing (5+ Years in TOSCA) Experience in Agile Practices (Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies) ISTQB or Equivalent Testing Accreditation Detailed knowledge of the testing lifecycle as well as the different test types and their application Experience with MF ALM IT technical background in Client-Server-programming Know how in Test Automation (End to End testcases), preferred Tosca, Selenium Excellent knowledge of architectural contexts Nice to Have: Knowledge of JAVA Exposure to collaboration tools like Jira/X-ray. Years Experience & Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in TOSCA Automation. 3-5 years experience process know-how insurance Expertise in test planning and execution, and data management Knowledge of key metrics needed to monitor the test process Able to work in diverse projects in a performance-oriented culture. Experience in developing Test concepts for large solutions Experience with specify, structure, drive and track system tests Experience working in medium to large projects Experience working in diverse testing teams Experience following test strategies and plans Experience working with teams in distributed locations Experience with standard solution development lifecycles (Requirements Engineering, Application Development and Testing) Experience with the defect management lifecycle.
