Test Manager - Oracle ERP Testing

As a Test Manager for Oracle ERP applications, your role will involve leading end-to-end testing efforts for Oracle implementations and upgrades. You will be responsible for creating test strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, and others. - Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for Oracle ERP projects (on-premise or cloud). - Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Oracle ERP modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, project managers, and end users. - Manage the testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to defect management and final sign-off. - Oversee test case creation, execution, and automation efforts (if applicable). - Drive test data management, test environment coordination, and risk-based testing. - Track and report testing metrics, progress, and issues to stakeholders. - Lead and mentor a team of testers and coordinate with vendor/partner teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 9+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP testing (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud). - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Oracle Test Manager. - Knowledge of Oracle workflows, interfaces, and customizations. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. It is important to note that exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP testing, familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, Oracle ATS, or OATS, and holding an ISTQB or similar certification would be considered as preferred qualifications. Additionally, experience in data migration, security/role-based testing, or performance testing will be advantageous.,
