Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Define overall test strategy aligned with project objectives and quality goals
Manage resources and timelines; ensure optimal utilization and project delivery
Ensure quality standards are met across all projects and testing phases
Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership; provide regular updates and governance - PMO, Client and Senior Management
Conduct budget and effort estimation for project planning and resource allocation
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across testing teams
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project deliveries at onsite and offshore locations
Strong leadership and communication skills for team motivation and stakeholder management
Strong presentation and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
Strong negotiation skills for vendor management, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of test automation strategy and roadmap for efficiency gains
Awareness of performance and security testing requirements and best practices
IDIT experience in Property and Casualty insurance domain
