Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation with a preference for those with experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Provide expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
Monitor testing progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to ensure alignment.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Ensure that testing environments are properly configured and maintained.
Support the implementation of new testing tools and technologies.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead testing efforts and manage test teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
