Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of our software products. Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.Oversee the creation execution and maintenance of test plans and test cases for manual data testing.Provide expertise in HP ALM and Jira to manage and track defects and testing progress.Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.Conduct thorough manual data testing to identify and document defects and inconsistencies.Ensure all test activities are completed on time and within budget.Develop and maintain test scripts and test data for manual testing.Monitor and report on test execution progress and results to stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality risks.Work closely with business analysts and developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM and Jira.Have basic programming skills to support test automation and scripting.Demonstrate expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Have effective communication and collaboration skills.Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.Bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.Show a track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
