Test Environment Manager

Position Purpose

As an ATC Test Environment Manager, you will be part of this international team composed by more than 60 people, working for Squads across different countries.

You will ensure a smooth execution of the Testing activities (IT & Business) by providing and supporting the usage of the required means: Environments, Data and tools.

To do so, you will organise and drive all operations around theses means in a way to secure their availability and ensure they are up to date.

Responsibilities

To ensure the availability of the environments

o To manage the assistance and the requests on the environments

o To drive the fixing of the issues impacting the environments with the relevant actors

o To communicate on the status of the environments

o To monitor the UAT environments

To ensure the consistency of the environments

o To develop, maintain and automate the Qualification pack

o To Qualify the environments after each delivery

o To manage the refreshes of the environments

o To share the best practices in term of environments usage

To manage the operations on the Test environments

o To validate the operations with the users

o To notify the users before, during and after the operations

To provide relevant KPIs on Test environments

o To monitor the availability of the Test environments

o To update the events registry in real time and publish every month the KPI

To align the environments with the Security orientations

To Maintain and publish the cartography of the environments

To propose suitable Test options in term of environment

o To evaluate user needs and constraints & clarify the scope

o To manage adaptations on the environments when required

o Agile methodology,

o Knowledge on databases
