Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer specializing in Mobile App Testing at Malayaj Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Mentoring junior developers and reviewing their work to maintain high quality standards. - Managing App Store releases and automating build processes using tools like Fastlane. - Contributing to the evolution of mobile architecture and the development of reusable components. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills: - Strong proficiency in Swift and a deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, CoreData, and AVFoundation. - Experience with architectural patterns like MVVM. - Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, including Combine and async-await. - Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON data. - Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills using Xcode Instruments. - Knowledge of app security, biometric authentication, keychain, and encryption. - Familiarity with App Store distribution, certificates, and provisioning profiles. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. - Hands-on experience using AI agents for coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation. Nice-to-have skills include: - Experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) or modular frameworks. - Familiarity with analytics, push notifications, and in-app performance tuning.
