Test Engineer III

Job Description

Collaborate with offshore teams to define, test, and productize innovative solutions, while working with QA engineering to create and review test plans and cases for software applications. Execute test cases, record, and analyze results, and report defects or issues using bug tracking tools. Conduct manual testing to ensure software meets quality standards. Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of testing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation. Identify, track, and manage defects found during testing. Collaborate with the QA engineering and development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and retest fixed defects to ensure successful resolution. Ability to learn new tools, languages, and operating systems with some training and on-the-job experience. Analyse and address complex technical challenges and issues that arise during the software testing lifecycle. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently. Share your expertise and mentor test engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills, enabling them to rapidly deliver and learn. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Passionate about learning and helping others.
