Position: Senior Test Engineer / Test Lead Experience: 5-8 Years Location : Chennai Position Type: Full time Qualification: Any graduate Technical Skills: C# Selenium, Automation Testing, SQL, API Rest Assured, Agile and Azure Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Q A Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, scripting, and quality assurance methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and product reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. Design and implement test frameworks and automation strategies. Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and define test cases. Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work closely with developers to resolve them. Conduct performance, regression, functional, and integration testing using automation tools. Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing. Stay up-to-date with emerging test automation trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in QA Automation and software testing. Strong in C# Selenium Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) is a plus. Should be willing to work on challenging assignments and ambiguous problem areas. Be creative and innovative to improve efficiency and quality of work. Should have the enthusiasm to learn and apply new technological advancements in testing area. Able to provide end to end Testing solution. Teamwork: Facilitates effective cross functional and cross cultural team interaction Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
