1. Job Title:QA Engineer – Automation & Performance Testing Location: Onsite – Bhopal Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–5 years Company: Brandsmashers Tech 2. Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in automation testing and performance testing . You will be responsible for designing automated test cases, executing performance benchmarks, and ensuring the quality and scalability of mission-critical applications. 4. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automated test scripts for functional and regression testing. Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. Identify and report bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues. Ensure comprehensive test coverage through well-documented test cases and test plans. 5. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in QA with a focus on automation and performance testing . 6. Skill Set: Proficiency in Selenium , TestNG , JUnit , or similar automation frameworks. Strong scripting skills in Java , Python , or JavaScript . Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, BlazeMeter). Good understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman or RestAssured . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA , TestRail , or Zephyr . Experience with mobile testing (Appium) or cloud-based testing platforms . Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for test execution. Knowledge of Bash scripting , SQL , and Linux command line tools.
