Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage test data management (TDM) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain complex data masking solutions using tools like Delphix or similar technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement effective data protection strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for TDM solutions, ensuring quality assurance at every stage of development.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for managing sensitive information within an organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) or related field.
Strong understanding of Ca TDM/Delphix/GenRocket technologies and their applications in financial services industry.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful data privacy programs that meet regulatory requirements.
