Job Reference # 310881BR Job Type Full Time Your role reporting to quality assurance manager, will interact with qa leads, development managers, technical leads and business leads. this role is responsible for successful delivery of change the bank and run the bank testing engagements. substantial experience with quality control methodology is required, specifically requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting. candidate must have a proven track record in a qa lead role with excellent communication skills, and have solid knowledge of standard testing practices, tools and reporting. in addition, candidate must have experience in wealth management applications which includes client facing, fa facing, and mobile applications. automation skills Your team You'll be working in the WMAP Serviceworks team in Pune. The team is currently working on delivering the next generation platform for Wealth Management in Americas. The team works in the Agile development model and using the latest technology stack. The team consists of Full stack developers, Business analysts and Dev Ops and work closely with the relevant stakeholders. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise 4+ years of experience in testing business processes and complex systems with a solid grasp of the sdlc, qa, and defect lifecycle. experience in identifying, creating test data and proficiency with test management tools (e.g. jira, quality centre) automation expertise using a variety of tools, including selenium, testcomplete, and qtp, as well as solid programming knowledge in java and vbscript. create time estimates and supports/writes high-level testing strategies with feedback from the business and/or the development feature lead. with the assistance of the qa manager, oversee sites and maintain connections with development and business stakeholders. capable of leading a small team of testers locally, onshore, and nearshore. collaborates proactively with the qa manager on project status, resources and risks. reports weekly to the qa manager in form structured reports and informal meetings outlining successes/issues About Us UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
