Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for bench candidates (IT professionals) who are currently not placed in client projects. The primary focus will be on sourcing, qualifying, and placing professionals into new projects, ensuring business growth, and maximizing bench utilization for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Bench Candidate Placement: Work closely with internal teams to identify bench candidates and assess their skills, experience, and preferences. Match bench candidates with client job requirements and ensure timely placement. Keep track of candidate availability and market trends to optimize placement efforts. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Perform market research to understand emerging trends and clients staffing needs. Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor activities to stay ahead in the staffing market. Negotiation & Coordination: Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and placement timelines with clients and candidates. Coordinate with clients, candidates, and the internal team to ensure smooth contract execution. Resolve any issues or challenges related to candidate placements. Networking & Business Development: Build and maintain a network of IT professionals who are available for new opportunities. Actively participate in industry groups, social media platforms, and job boards to source candidates and find business leads. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate placements, client interactions, and contractual details. Prepare regular reports on bench utilization, placements, and sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar sales/recruiting role in the IT staffing industry. Strong understanding of the US staffing market, especially within IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve recruitment and sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Qualifications: Any bachelor s degree Previous experience working with vendors, clients, and large staffing firms. Understanding of contractual and legal requirements related to staffing.
