As a Regional Sales Manager based in Delhi, India, you will be pivotal in driving a significant portion of Splunk's revenue by collaborating closely with Partners and internal teams across the region. Your role will involve consistently achieving revenue targets, establishing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Achieve aggressive revenue targets for Large Enterprise and Public Sector accounts through effective sales strategies and deadlines. - Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner resources to ensure unified engagement with customers. - Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of Splunk products and services. - Work with the Marketing team to participate in events, enabling the prospecting of new business opportunities. - Develop a deep understanding of Splunk products to provide valuable advice to customers and facilitate value-driven conversations. - Apply specific use cases to address customer challenges and position Splunk solutions effectively to achieve desired outcomes. - Forecast opportunities and drive successful sales outcomes by following company sales methodology and processes. - Strategically build customer pipelines and guide potential buyers through the purchasing process. - Utilize industry knowledge to develop sales strategies and position Splunk as a valuable solution. - Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with large commercial enterprises by focusing on value and return on investment. Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions. - Proven success in closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals within the C suite. - Strong background in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and CRM systems. - Familiarity with Splunk software products and the ability to understand their functionalities. - Excellent executive presence with effective negotiation and presentation skills. - Adaptable to evolving environments and resilient in the face of challenges. - Capable of working independently and remotely while also being a team player. - Demonstrated success in consultative sales environments and developing new business. - Self-starter with exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to manage deals with multiple partners. Education: - MBA or Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.,
