Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Responsible for New product establishment in the market in terms of executing Driver trainings , back-to-back trials and complaint resolution. Should have strong Experience in Customer Handling, Dealership, Warranty Management, Product Campaigns , Report Preparation, Training, Safety Protocols and Compliance. Manage and supervise service operations within the Area office, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service level agreements. Warranty and process audits at dealerships to ensure process adherence. Product Performance reports Capture and share field failures and coordinate for Joint inspection in the identification of root cause and corrective action. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT , repeat jobs, Helpline, revenue streams, job cards, and claims processing to assess service performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Preferred candidate profile: Engineering with 3+ (or) Diploma with 6+ Years of Experience in Aftermarket Service,Preferably from Auto OEM (only from Heavy Commercial Vehicle)
