Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager / Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, and enhancing customer experience to align with the brands prestige. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned stores by implementing effective strategies. Retail Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of multiple stores, maintaining high standards in store operations, VM, and inventory management. Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and manage store managers and sales associates to enhance productivity and customer service excellence. Customer Experience & Brand Representation: Maintain a luxury shopping experience, uphold brand standards, and foster long-term customer relationships. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, VIP events, and in-store activations. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion prospects within the region. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor store performance, sales trends, and inventory to optimize business strategies. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in luxury watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights. Experience in handling high-end clientele and maintaining brand integrity. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
