Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve territory targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for product placement and distribution expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategic plans for territory development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Area Sales Management or similar role with a focus on Territory Sales Management.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution; relevant certifications like NISM would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel distribution management.
