Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and engage new business opportunities within the designated territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential challenges. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Provide feedback on product development based on client insights and market needs. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and services. Monitor competitors' activities and provide recommendations to enhance our market position. Offer training and support to team members to improve sales techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage budgets and expenditures effectively to maximize profitability. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions. Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
