Roles and Responsibilities Job Location - Gurgaon/Delhi/Agra/Jaipur/Noida/Lucknow/Ahmedabad/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Patna Position - Territory Sales Manager - MCB Job Description: Sales & Collection Strong local market experience is mandatory Responsible for channel sales, distribution, retail Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensure inventory for the same Responsible for expansion of channel network Responsible for taking constant feedback from market & preparing monthly MIS Ensure the outstanding payments are collected within the defined timelines Plan and achieve annual budget & collection Improve premium contribution of the total sales Candidate should have local market experience Channel GTM for each territory covering Trade Partners Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner Health Dealer, Distributor. Network expansion, correction & Channel management strategies for each product, town category. Top 50 retailers of the assigned area to be catered directly Plan to maximize reach in all town categories Drive channel finance for your channel partners Sales activation plan, BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning OPERATIONS Coordinate C & F / warehousing operations as per laid down policies Ensure Stock liquidation and min. stock levels as per sales forecasting Competitor Analysis Market Information system Competition Analysis, analytics for forecasting and new product development Share CV at naina.prasad@halonix.co.in
