Role Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned region by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves training sales teams, coordinating with clients, and meeting revenue goals while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving targets within a competitive marketplace.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and skills.
  • Ability to strategize and execute territory management plans for growth and expansion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making for sales performance.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in the healthcare or audiology industry is a plus.
