Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Ludhiana with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing sales processes, training and guiding team members, and working towards achieving sales targets while expanding the client base within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to train and mentor sales team members
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience in the manufacturing or power transmission industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
