Job Description

Generate distributor network and appoint distributors. Motive the distribution to create retail network and expand the visibility of the product. Develop trusted relationship with distributor to elicit at top the mind recall. Understand the consumer behavior and push the relevant products in to the distribution network. Provide critical inputs that will help organization for Product innovation visibility and distribution. Looking after the Sales Promotion activities and Work site activities to increase the visibility. Drive Primary & Secondary sales and develop below staff to Achieve targets. Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory and team. Document the effort & results against the set expectations on a timely manner.
