Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhilwara. The specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing and training sales teams, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing communication within the team. Tasks include driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing sales management processes. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train and develop sales teams Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning Ability to work on-site in Bhilwara Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the agrochemical industry is a plus Show more Show less
