Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive in Bangalore, your role involves defining and executing the overall Sales & Distribution territory plan to capture market growth opportunities while maintaining profitability. You will be responsible for achieving volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the S&D territory plan with a focus on profitability - Achieve volume and value targets by Month, QTR & Year - Increase distributor footprint and engage them with process compliances - Lead business planning and forecasting for the assigned territory - Manage costs for the territory as per plan including subsidy, 3P manpower cost, etc. - Increase distribution footprint for New Product Developments (NPDs) - Engage and motivate field force (CEs, TSOs, PDSRs & DSRs) to achieve business plans, maximize incentive earning, coach individuals with performance issues, build functional capability, and reward & recognize right behaviors Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and distribution - Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Results-oriented with a focus on profitability Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
