would be responsible for generating sales in the assigned territory, interaction with channel partners like distributors, dealers and secondary sales channel partners like parts retailers, local mechanics and local workshops.
Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/annual plan with his team. To meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgeted sales volumes. Maintain overall financial discipline and control as per budgeted figure. Fund monitoring & inventory management. Network expansion (appointment of Distributors & retailers as per CSF targets) Expand Primary & secondary sales distribution network through Sales - In Charges. Forecasting Future Sales requirements so as to assist material planning. Coordinate with SPD Stores & execution teams for order execution. Implementation of Sales schemes, activities in the identified markets. Co-ordinate with channel financing team/banks to funds availability for channel partners Build Brand equity through activities, sales promotions, advertising etc. To keep sales team & channel partners motivated & committed towards achieving company goals. Monitoring & upgradation of influencers (Mechanics & retailers) in loyalty programme. Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback
