Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Territory Manager based in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region. The Territory Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, identify and acquire new kirana store partners, and ensure strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include managing product distribution, driving business performance, developing sales strategies, monitoring targets, and reporting on key performance indicators. The role will also involve leading and supporting a team to optimize market presence and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including customer acquisition and client relationship management
• Team leadership and operational management experience, with the ability to train and motivate a sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with rural markets, kirana operations, and FMCG products
• Analytical skills for data interpretation, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in retail or distribution is advantageous
