Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Surajpur-Baikunthpur, is for the position of Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within their assigned region, engaging with farmers to promote and market high-yield products, and providing innovative agricultural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and organizing training programs or demonstrations to educate farmers about advanced cultivation techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in managing regional territories and achieving sales targets
• Proven expertise in Client Engagement and Relationship Building, with a focus on addressing farmers' needs and challenges
• Knowledge of Agriculture, Farm Management, and Cultivation Techniques to effectively support and guide farmers
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis for identifying growth opportunities and predicting market trends
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Presentation, and Training skills, with the ability to organize workshops or demonstrations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments
• A degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in seed production, agronomy, or agribusiness will be an added advantage
