Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and science-oriented Territory Manager to drive the promotion and adoption of Episcreen, our novel diagnostic test for early detection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). This role involves sales funnel management, key account development, and creating impactful customer experiences to achieve commercial objectives in a high-potential market segment. Key Responsibilities: · Drive sample volumes and revenue growth in the assigned territory through structured sales funnel management. · Develop and implement an action plan to meet assigned targets within agreed timelines. · Identify, engage, and grow key accounts including tertiary care private hospitals, transplant centers, and specialty clinics. · Conduct effective scientific detailing to hepatologists, oncologists, and liver transplant surgeons. · Lead customer experience initiatives—ensuring timely follow-ups, service support, and solution-focused engagement. · Organize and support CMEs, awareness initiatives, and HCP training sessions. · Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and logistics teams for smooth execution. · Provide timely market feedback, competitor intelligence, and field insights to the central team. Key Requirements: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. · Experience: · 3–5 years of experience in the Diagnostics Sales · Strong experience in key account management and consultative sales in hospital settings · Exposure to molecular diagnostics, oncology, or liver/transplant segment is a plus · Demonstrated ability to manage territory-level targets independently with clear action planning. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific acumen. · Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
