Candidate Profile Please note that core institutional sales (B2B) candidates are preferred. Technical Sales Experience is must. People from manufacturing companies ( electrical/ electronic) will be preferred. Job Required 50% of travelling. Roles & Responsibilities Business development & expansion from Power & Projects (industrial customers) segment. Analysis of existing customer base & type of business. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing assistance thereby achieving delivery & quality norms. Maintaining good & cordial relationship with channel partners as well as with direct customers, which results in market penetration & reach. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support & service on pre and after sales issues such as specification framing, managing offers & negotiations. After sales service co-ordination. Generating Business from Projects & Power (new & replacement market) and execution of orders in co-ordination with team.
