Implement companys sales and marketing strategies. Develop key loyal customers. Achieve sales targets. Sell proper product mix. Handle customer complaints as per the set norms. Main Accountabilities Business potential analysis & KOL management & Tracking top hospitals business, market sale and market capture. Prepare month wise, territory wise plan for all products Monitor sales orders and receivables of each territory in line with budgets. Guide in handling customer complaints. Ensure unbiased performance assessment of the team members & coach and counsel for better performance future career growth. Recommend to reward & recognize performers, provide a culture that nurtures & helps talented employees to grow with the organization. Experience and Qualifications Graduate, preferred B. Pharma / B Sc (Science). MBA Marketing will be an added advantage. 1 - 5 yrs of Pharma sales (Critical care) / Medical Devices/ Disposable/ Consumable selling experience.
