We utilize temperature-controlled logistics with a team of over 200 logistics executives. Available across East, West, Central, and South India, we have 600+ collection centers and more than 36 laboratories. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Nagpur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include developing strategies to drive sales growth, maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating with logistics and phlebotomists to ensure service efficiency and quality. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, especially in the healthcare or diagnostics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain customer relationships. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competition. Team management and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Show more Show less
