Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, your main role will be to promote and sell Medtronic's ENT products and services to specific customer accounts in order to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing long-term relationships with stakeholders such as Biomedical Engineers, Healthcare Professionals, and CXOs, including distributors. Your responsibilities will include driving the sales funnel, pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to optimize the benefits of Medtronic's ENT products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving and surpassing sales targets to contribute to the growth and market presence of ENT Technology in the region. - Promoting education on Medtronic's Drill, Debrider, IONM, and Images guided systems. - Engaging with key opinion leaders and managing Key Opinion Centers. - Developing data-driven plans to drive adoption of Medtronic ENT Technology in leading ENT centers. - Conducting market research on customers" and competitors" activities. - Implementing market development strategies and making necessary changes. - Providing customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have practical knowledge of sales techniques and the job area, typically acquired through education and sales experience. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are required, along with a working knowledge of company products and services.
