Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical; B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication; B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager Export Sales to lead international business development for high-value capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing global markets independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage export sales strategies for assigned territories
Identify and convert international leads into long-term clients
Negotiate contracts, prepare commercial offers, and close high-value deals
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users abroad
Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, documentation, and after-sales support
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Profile:

Education:
Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics preferred)
Experience:
8-10 years in Export/International Sales of capital machinery
Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of plastic processing/packaging machinery
Ability to manage international clients and travel as required
Proficiency in export documentation and compliance
