Organizational Relationship Reporting ToCircle Head Market Planning Total number of employees supervised by you DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY ManagerialIndividual Contributors Directly-15 (Outsourced) Indirectly-- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Relationship Building Establish connects with potential resident/ builder associations for new rollout of network Create synergies with D2C team for smooth handover of RWAs/associations post rollout Liaise effectively with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)/ builders to create/maintain successful working relationships and establish Airtel ambassadors.
