Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing territories and leading teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain effective relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in sales or marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets and deadlines.
