Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve territory development goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue growth. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the medical services industry. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in Territory Development or related field (Diagnostic Sales, TSM). B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
