Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team at Corteva Agri Science, the agriculture division of DowDuPont. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and a passion for driving growth in the agricultural industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business management, preferably in the agricultural or chemical industry.
Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including crop science, genetics, and plant pathology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
