Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman located in Kochi. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software. They will collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings. Daily tasks include revising and updating drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with various departments to gather information for detailed plans. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing Experience with architectural, MEP and structural drawings. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints. Candidate should be well versed in KMBR/KPBR rules and K-Smart drawings. Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Perumbavoor, Ernakulam Relevant certifications or a diploma in drafting, architecture, or engineering is preferred
