Job Title: Terminal Manager (Edible & Chemical Products) Experience: Minimum 15 years in Edible & Chemical Operations within a similar organization. Responsibilities: Ensure the safe operation of the terminal, promoting a proactive safety culture. Manage staff resources, training, and compliance with legal and operational standards. Foster effective communication and teamwork within the terminal. Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships . Handle accidents, incidents, and non-conformances effectively. Oversee budget control and overall terminal functionality. Health & Safety Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe work practices . Lead safety initiatives , including risk assessments and contractor management. Participate in safety audits, Hazop meetings, and emergency response planning . Stop any unsafe work until corrective actions are taken.
