💡 About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Tender Specialist to manage the entire tender and bid submission lifecycle. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, preparing compliant and competitive proposals, and securing high-value contracts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor and identify relevant tenders, Request for Proposal (RFP), and Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunities across various portals and sectors.

Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end preparation, compilation, and timely submission of high-quality, compliant tender documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central coordinator, working closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather necessary technical specifications, pricing, and supporting documents.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all submissions strictly adhere to tender requirements, legal guidelines, and internal quality standards.

Reporting: Track tender progress, maintain an accurate database of submissions, results, and provide performance reports to management.

✅ What You'll Bring (Required Skills)

Experience: Proven minimum of [X] years of experience in tender management, bid writing, or proposal coordination (preferably in the [mention your industry, e.g., Construction, IT, EPC, Services] sector).
