Job Summary: - We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales & Tendering Engineer to handle international sales, tendering, and marketing activities for our electrical and mechanical products such as HVAC systems, UPS, and desalination generators. The ideal candidate should have up to 5 years of experience in export sales, tendering, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Export Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers. Achieve export sales targets and expand market share. 2. Tendering & Proposal Management Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders. Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with internal teams for document preparation. Ensure compliance with tender specifications, legal requirements, and company policies. 3. Marketing & Product Promotion Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for international markets. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams for order execution. Maintain records of sales, tenders, and market intelligence reports. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Key Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in export sales, tendering, and marketing of electrical & mechanical products. Knowledge of HVAC, UPS, desalination generators, or similar industrial products. Experience in handling international tenders and contracts. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and tendering platforms. Willingness to travel internationally.
