About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Download tenders, source items, and prepare quotations including work planning and execution 2. Work on GEM and E-Procure websites 3. Participate in bids on or before the bid submission deadline 4. Prepare and upload all necessary documents for the tender 5. Maintain data of participated tenders and check bid status daily 6. Develop new clients to grow company business 7. Possess required qualifications and skills: BE Mechanical/Electrical graduate or diploma 8. Demonstrate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, typing skills, good communication, written English, and teamwork 9. Commit to a full-time permanent role 10. Adhere to work timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) 11. Avail benefits including PF and ESI 12. Have 1-2 years of experience in tendering/bidding activities (freshers also considered) 13.
