Tendering Executive – Job Description

Vishal Technopower Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing EPC company working in Electrical Infrastructure, Solar Projects, High-Mast Lighting & EV Charging. We are expanding our Tendering & Contracts team and seeking a dedicated Tender Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Search, identify & evaluate tenders (GeM, CPPP, PSU portals).
• Read tender documents, eligibility criteria & technical requirements.
• Prepare technical bid documents, annexures & declarations.
• Coordinate with Technical, Projects, Finance & Procurement teams.
• Maintain GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, work orders & statutory document folders.
• Handle PDF editing, notarized papers, affidavits & EMD/BG documentation.
• Perform accurate online tender submission within deadlines.
• Download corrigendum, results & assist in post-bid communication.
• Support tender department in all documentation tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–2 years tendering experience (EPC/Electrical/Solar preferred).
• Strong MS Office, PDF tools & documentation management skills.
• Good English reading/writing & coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and disciplined work style.
• Candidates preferred within 7–10 km of Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
