Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Review and Summary for Substation Tender Document/Specification Making overall tendering schedule for Substation EPC tender. Basic BOQ and Scope define to request quotation to vendors and sub-contractors. Coordination with Tendering design team or sub-contractors to make Basic design and BOQ for tendering Making Inquiry, receiving & clarification quotation and negotiation with sub-vendor and contractors Making proposal document (Overall project schedule, organization chart, technical data and drawing received from Vendors and other required document for Tender). Costing / budgetary for Substation EPC project Supply Cost (Equipment), Transportation Cost, Service cost (Erection, testing, Civil works) Review tender result Preferred candidate profile : Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) Coordination with Design team, sub-vendors and sub-contractors for substation materials and works. Knowledge of Basic design and define BOQ for substation construction (Electrical, Civil and other works) Knowledge of equipment for substation.
