Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tendering and Proposal Engineer to join our team in Sector 65, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
Attend clarification meetings with clients to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct techno-commercial analysis of tenders and provide feedback to management.
Manage online and offline bidding processes.
Review and prepare technical compliance documents.
Handle pre and post-bid queries from clients.
Prepare, review, and submit techno-commercial offers, following up with clients for submitted offers/bids.
Arrange tender fees, EMD, and PBG for related tenders, including final tender documents with checklists.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Possess strong knowledge of gas suppression systems, technical preparation, and technical compliance.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in waste water treatment and solid waste management is preferred.
