Jobs & Responsibilities Tender Identification: Research and identify relevant government and corporate tenders in the insurance domain. Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and technical proposals in coordination with internal teams and insurance providers. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all tender requirements, regulatory guidelines (IRDAI), and bid submission deadlines are met. Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams for seamless tender execution. Tender Tracking & Reporting: Monitor tender status, follow up on bid outcomes, and refine bidding strategies for higher success rates. Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement(Insurance industry will be an added advantage.) Strong knowledge of government and corporate tendering platforms Excellent skills in documentation, negotiation, and deadline management . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tendering software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
