Roles & Responsibilities: Independent Tender Management: Proactively identify and monitor relevant tenders on government and private sector websites. Independently manage the entire tender process, from initial review and document preparation to final submission. Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. Quotation Preparation: Independently prepare detailed and accurate quotations, considering all technical and commercial aspects of the project. Conduct thorough cost analysis and ensure competitive pricing. Maintain a comprehensive database of quotations and related documentation. Director Support: Assist Directors in the development of tender strategies and bid proposals. Provide expert advice on tender requirements, compliance, and best practices. Prepare presentations and reports for Directors on tender status and potential opportunities. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all tender and quotation activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender-related documents. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tender procedures. Industry Knowledge: Leverage your extensive experience in the oil & gas industry to understand technical specifications and project requirements. Apply your knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance tender success. Qualifications: Retired professional with significant experience in the oil & gas industry. Proven track record of independently handling quotations and successfully submitting tenders on government and private sector websites. In-depth knowledge of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in using computer applications and online platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
