Job Description – Tender Executive (Technical)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Tender Executive (Technical) to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements for government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and evaluate tender opportunities (Government e-Marketplace, PSU portals, e-tender platforms, etc.).
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams for accurate data.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender amendments.
• Maintain a tender tracker and documentation repository.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for tender-related communication.
• Support contract negotiations, agreements, and follow-ups after tender submission.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical/Commerce/Business (preferred: B.Tech, Diploma, or relevant field).
• 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts (technical projects preferred – EPC, construction, solar, electrical, HVAC, IT, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of government tender portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.).
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Background

• Candidates from engineering, infrastructure, EPC, IT, solar, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in handling technical-commercial tenders.
