Industry: Heavy Steel Manufacturing Experience: 5-6 Years Location: Loni, Tronica City, Ghaziabad Job Summary: Preet Brothers Ltd., a leader in the heavy steel manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tender search, documentation, preparation, analysis, submission, and posting across various government and private portals. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify and track relevant tenders from government and private sectors. Documentation & Submission: Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Analysis & Costing: Conduct cost estimation and feasibility analysis before tender submission. Vendor Registration: Handle vendor registration and approvals with major organizations. Compliance & Coordination: Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations, coordinating with internal teams. Qualifications & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 5-6 years of experience in tendering within the heavy steel or manufacturing industry Familiarity with Rolling Mill, Crane, or CNC Machines is a plus Technical Skills & Portal Knowledge: Proficiency in GEM, BHEL, SAIL, RAILWAY, OFB UNIT and other e-procurement portals Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial aspects of tendering Preferred Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and online tender submission platforms
